Our engineering staff has the shop experience along with the latest technology to catch fabrication issues before they become shop problems. We have four complete engineering stations equipped with:

Global Shop Solutions’ Manufacturing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software suite. Made up of a variety of applications that all talk to one another, the system supports all the critical functions of manufacturing from engineering and purchasing to production and shipping. ERP also integrates with our other software applications to simplify and streamline our operations.
SOLIDWORKS, by Dassault Systèmes, is the leading supplier of 3D CAD product design engineering software. Used to develop mechatronics systems from beginning to end – from planning, visual ideation, modeling, feasibility assessment, prototyping, and project management, to the design and building of mechanical, electrical, and software elements.

Flat Sheet Laser Cutting

Our new Bystronic 6kW Bysmart Fiber laser offers many advantages including higher speed, high repeatability, and high precision and accuracy. The BySmart Fiber laser can efficiently cut a variety of materials, including carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, and copper up to a maximum sheet size of 60”x120”, for faster turnaround times.

Handles prototypes as well as high-volume production runs.
Performs cutting and etching simultaneously.
BySoft 7 software automatically ensures that sheet metal is used completely and nests as many parts as technically possible, and automatically selects each optimal cutting technology.
Our newly installed 6,000-gallon Bulk Nitrogen Tank continually feeds process gas to our Bysmart Fiber laser for minimal production downtime.

More than just producing your parts, our experienced team knows how to make the most of your production run. Quickly and accurately. Maximizing the use of raw materials and contributing design advice achieves the lowest cost without sacrificing quality.

Machining

To better serve our customers, we started doing our own machining in 1986. We not only do machining to compliment our fabrication ability but with our 2 FADAL VMCs, we are able to offer our customers production machining at a very competitive price.

Welding

The best-fabricated parts are useless without exceptional welders to put them together and our welders are second to none. From 20 gauge to ½ plate we can weld whatever your project requires. Our newest additions are the latest in pulse MIG technology:

One Lincoln FLEXTECH 450
One Lincoln POWERWAVE 350

We also have nine complete welding stations equipped with:

Pulse TIG, standard MIG, and pulse MIG machines
Three spot welders 30 KVA to 75 KVA
Plasma cutters
Cold wire feeders
Turntables

Forming

We continually invest in the latest technology, not just to produce better quality parts faster, but to also attract and hold a younger workforce. However, we never forget there’s always a need for the old-school press brake for those non-conventional projects.

Rolling

From 20 gauge to ¼ inch thick, we’re skilled in the production of cylinders, cones, and eccentric cones. Our experienced fabricators look forward to meeting whatever challenges you can throw at us.

Finishing

The last step to great-quality fabrication is grinding and polishing. From rough grinding on steel frames to RA (u-in 8) on stainless steel hoppers, we excel at the jobs other shops are afraid of.

Assembly

Not only can we make your parts, but we can also assemble them for you as well. With 20’ ceilings and 17’ clearance under our 5-ton crane, we can assemble just about anything for your project needs.
